Staffing
Please note that in additional to the charter fees waitstaff are provided and charged as follows:

$240 per waitstaff for a minimum of 4 hour period. Each additional hour, $35 per hour per waitstaff
Wharf Fee
A $26 wharf booking fee applies for all bookings.
Deposit
A deposit of $2000 is required to secure your booking. This can be paid by EFT, cheque or Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Note there is a 2% fee for credit cards.
Holidays
A surcharge of 15% will be charged on all NSW public holidays.
