Please Note
The Piquant Kitchen is A.q.A's preferred caterer. Menus have been specifically designed by Executive Chef, Carl Nicholls to suit all styles of dining. If the total catering cost is less than $800.00 it will incur a chef charge of $260.00. In special circumstances and on a case by case basis we may consider allowing alternate caterers. A $10 per person surcharge and staff costs will apply.

Bar A: Standard beer, wine, champagne and soft drinks at $9.50 pp p/hr.

Liveaboard
$11,000 for a single 24 hour period (included boat hire, crew, fuel, soft drinks, orange juice and meals. Alcohol charged on consumption.) Additional client guests are welcome aboard for a 4 hour period at a charge of $275 pp.
$8,800 for multiple consecutive 24 hour periods. Inclusions as for a single 24 hour period.
Staffing
Please note that in addition to the charter fees waitstaff are provided and charged as follows:
1-10 guests 1 Waitstaff required
11-20 guests 2 Waitstaff required
21-30 guests 3 Waitstaff required
31-60 guests 4 Waitstaff required
$210 per Waitstaff for a maximum 4 hour period.
Each additional hour, $35 per hour per Waitstaff.
Wharf Fee
A $26 wharf booking fee applies to all bookings.
Deposit
A deposit of $3000 is required to secure your booking. This can be paid by EFT, cheque or Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Note there is a 2% fee for credit cards.
Holidays
A 15% surcharge of the total price will apply on NSW public holidays
